Joan Smith

Joan Smith, Design Coordinator, brings an eye for color and exquisite design.  Joan has been in the home building arena since 1993. Handling marketing and sales for Trademark Homes it was easy to be the #2 agent in for sales at Metro Brokers in 1996.   While raising a family she began Trademark Interiors where she took her design public.

Now Joan heads up Design for TerraCraft where she can bring her artistic eye to bring together on trend home design, user friendly home plans, and high quality finishes.
